Scope
This Privacy Policy describes Ripple Strategies, LLC d/b/a ROI’s (“Ripple,” “our,” “us,” or “we”) policies regarding the treatment of Personal Information we collect about you when you visit our website at www.ripplestrategies.com (the “Site”), receive our services (e.g., media relations, marketing, training), interact with our email or text message communications, or otherwise engage with us (collectively, the “Services”). “Personal Information” is non-public information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked to an individual. Publicly available information we collect, use, and/or disclose is not within the scope of this Privacy Policy.
When you use our Services, you agree to our collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information about you as described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not provide us with Personal Information we request, we may not be able to provide you with our Services or your experience with those Services may be impaired.
Collection of Personal Information
The Personal Information we collect generally includes: (1) Personal Information that is needed to provide our Services; and (2) information that assists us in marketing our Services and content tailored to you. Please note that these are categories of Personal Information as they are set forth under applicable state laws. We did not necessarily collect all of the specific pieces of Personal Information listed for any given person. We only maintain and use such data in a way that does not identify a particular individual, and we will not attempt to re-identify it to associate the information with a particular individual.

What Personal Information We Disclose and To Whom
If you send us correspondence by email or text message, we may disclose the content of such communications to our clients (i.e., various campaigns) in order to assist them and provide our Services.
In addition to the above, in certain circumstances, as permitted by law, we might disclose some Personal Information without an explicit authorization from you. For example, we may disclose your Personal Information to law enforcement and similar authorities to comply with applicable law or legal process, protect our interests, or prevent or prosecute fraud. How Long We Retain Your Personal Information

Your browser or device may include “Do Not Track” functionality. At this time, we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices in response to Do Not Track signals. Because we do not engage in the “selling” or “sharing” of Personal Information or engage in cross-context behavioral advertising, we do not process opt-out preference signals.

In addition to these rights, residents of certain states may have additional rights, including:
If you are a resident of California, you have the right to access and/or opt-out of the use of automated-decision making technology in certain instances, if we use such technology;
If you are a resident of Connecticut, you would have the right to obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we had sold your Personal Information, if we were selling your Personal Information;
If you are a resident of Delaware, Minnesota, or Oregon, you have the right to obtain a list of the specific third parties to which we have disclosed your Personal Information;
If you are a resident of Maryland, you have the right to obtain a list of the categories of third parties to which we have disclosed your Personal Information; and
If you are a resident of Tennessee, you have the right to request that we provide you with (1) the categories of Personal Information about you that we have sold, (2) the categories of third parties to which we have sold your Personal Information, and (3) the categories of Personal Information about you that we have disclosed for a business purpose.
If you are the resident of a state that grants its consumers the right to appeal privacy request decisions (i.e., CO, CT, DE, IN, IA, KY, MD, MN, MT, NE, NH, NJ, OK, OR, RI, TN, TX, and VA) and do not agree with our decision regarding your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing us at roi@ripple-fx.com.

Please note that we may require authorized agents to provide proof that the consumer on whose behalf they are acting gave them signed permission to submit the request.
Following your request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity, including asking you to provide us with information to confirm your identity (e.g., your zip code, email address, and phone number). If you are an agent authorized to make a request on an individual’s behalf, please indicate that when submitting your request. Agents must generally provide a signed authorization evidencing their authority to act on behalf of another individual.
Children’s Information
Our Site and Services are intended for users age 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 16 and therefore, we do not sell or share such Personal Information. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any Personal Information on the Site. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that Personal Information. We do not knowingly solicit or accept Personal Information from individuals under 13 years old.
